Description
11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. March 3-March 31, Heritage Square Museum, 3800 Homer St., L.A.; 323-225-2700. This multi-media exhibit, created in in conjunction with Creature Features, showcases over 100 works of art from a diverse group of artists including Rick Baker, Drew Struzan and Dave Dorman. There will be an Oz-mazing collection of illustrations, paintings, sculptures, and full-sized recreations of some of your favorite characters. Visitors can also view historical memorabilia such as rare editions of the original L. Frank Baum books, props, concepts and artwork from various Oz-themed film & TV projects, and many more surprises. Best for kids over 6 years old. $10 for exhibit and museum tour; $5 for OZ exhibit only. (LA)
