One More Month to be a Dodgers Reading Champion

DodgersOur Los Angeles Dodgers are red-hot right now, with the best record in baseball this season – 77 wins and counting. You can grab some of their winning spirit to turn your kids into red-hot readers with the Dodgers Reading Champions program. There’s just one month left to join the fun!

The program, which runs April through August, is designed to motivate L.A. kids to read, and to help them build a lifelong love of reading. Kids ages 6 to 14 who read at least 30 minutes a day have the chance to earn fun Dodgers prizes.

There are two drawings each month, and kids who read at least 450 minutes during the month are eligible to win one of five L.A. Dodgers goody bags. Those who go the extra mile and read at least 900 minutes during the month have a chance to win one of five sets of four tickets to a Dodgers home game.

Parents or teachers must sign kids up. All the kids have to do is track their monthly reading, while parents and teachers can monitor and cheer them on.

To sign up or learn more about the program, just visit DodgersReadingChampions.com.
