Pie À La Mode Near the Farmers Market

Places to eat - Atticus Creamery and Pies

After L.A. Parent’s 35th Birthday Bash, held Aug. 2 at The Original Farmers Market, my co-workers and I decided to continue the celebration at Atticus Creamery & Pies, which opened its second L.A. location nearby at 6015 W. 3rd St.

The family-owned shops offer natural, freshly made ice cream with unique flavors such as Salted Chocolate Bacon Brittle, Honey Honeycomb and Cereal & Milk. Their layered pies with flavors including Lemon Lavender, Salted Caramel and Earl Grey are equally unique. Also available are cheesecakes, assorted sorbets, flavored lemonade and coffee from Portland-based Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Everything is served up by a friendly and welcoming staff.

Find the West L.A. location at 10893 W Pico Blvd., L.A., and visit them online at www.atticusisawesome.com for delivery options and catering information. They are ready to satisfy your sweet tooth from noon to 10 p.m. Mon.-Sun.
