It’s Time For Our Special-Needs Resource Fair!
We’re excited to host our second annual Special Needs Resource Fair from 1-4 p.m. Nov. 15 at Skirball Cultural Center. Along with a host of resources for families with children who have special needs, we are planning a kids’ zone full of fun activities plus performances by The Miracle Project and Ballet for All Kids. Admission is free, and families registering by Nov. 14 can receive a 25-percent discount on admission to the Skirball’s Noah’s Ark! Register today!

Celebrates all abilities with bouncers, carnival games, entertainment and story time. 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Nov. 1, Temple Menorah, Redondo Beach. FREE.
This interactive storytime is for preschoolers with autism or sensory challenges. 10-11 a.m. Nov. 7, Altadena Library. FREE. Registration required.
Los Angeles Families for Effective Autism Treatment meetings include speakers and “mingle time.” 7-9 p.m. Nov. 9, Kiwanis Club, Hermosa Beach. FREE.
Athletes will compete in bowling, floor hockey, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. Nov. 14-15 in Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach and Irvine. FREE.
This workshop for dancers of all abilities ages 8-15 introduces the joy of creative movement. 1:30-3 p.m. Nov. 15, Ciara Dance, Woodland Hills. $20.
Pretend City is open only to kids with autism and their families during this event. 5-7:30 p.m. Nov. 30, Pretend City, Irvine. FREE. Registration required.
