Every day at St. Paul’s—something new, something different, something fun! For eight weeks our Sizzling Summer Camp offers multiple indoor and outdoor activities for Kindergarten to grade 6 students. For a very affordable cost children can attend the entire day from 7 AM to 6 PM or the core program from 9 AM to 4 PM. Activities include Bible lessons, swimming, karate, music, computer, arts & crafts, cooking and more, in a safe and secure Christian environment. Weekly field trips are also a hit among all the kids. Critter Camp is a week-long program for animal lovers 9 to 12 years old. Campers will get hands-on with animals as they learn about dogs, cats and other critters in our shelter, as well as animal behavior, pet adoption, co-existing with wildlife and careers with animals. Activities include: Hands-on animal activities Arts and crafts Fun and games Humane Education Our Critter Camps run Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. The cost for each camper is $300 and includes a t-shirt, a Community Service Certificate for 30 hours, and an enrichment project for our shelter animals. Camp Eco-Botics couples classic summer fun in the garden, pool, and art room with futuristic tinkering in our high-tech MakerSpace. Opera Camp is a three-week intensive for kids ages 9-17 who rehearse, perform, and participate in a variety of movement and technical workshops. Their power as storytellers, which can be used for good. And their responsibility as artists, to prepare to their utmost and be worthy of the stories. PCDA’s Creative Arts Summer Program focuses on strengthening a child’s ability to express their ideas and feelings, and engage in social interactions with peers. Activities revolve around the creative arts to increase a child’s awareness of different forms of self-expression. This two-week program explores a different subject each day through introduction, explanation and hands-on exploration. The program includes music, dance, theater, poetry and visual arts. These individual forms of expression are compiled into a collaborative final project that each child is able to bring home to share with family and friends.
