By Whitney Levine

Zingy, an app-based on-demand personal dog walking service wDASH Stand - Office Roofill now have valet stands for dog owners available at select farmers’ markets, shopping centers and office complexes starting May 23.

With the traditional Zingy model, walkers come to a dog owner’s home, office or other location, with the new valet service, called DASH, dog owners just open the app when they’re near a DASH Stand and instantly arrange a walker. DASH Stand users can choose from 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute walks and Zingy will notify owners via phone when the walk is complete.

DR1_7071“DASH Stands enrich the lives of pet owners by enabling them to bring their dog(s) to the workplace and other public locations where it was previously difficult,” says Tobi Skovron, CEO of Zingy. “Farmers markets and shopping centers are the perfect locations to launch this program, because Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego residents love both – fresh produce and shopping trips. It’s improper to tie a dog somewhere or leave it at home, DASH Stands make the excursion that much more enjoyable for everyone.”

The free Zingy app is available in both the iTunes and Google Play app stores. Visit rover.com for more information.
