Celebration of the Young Child Fall Festival

Join Kidspace for a free Fall Festival in Brookside Park celebrating Pasadena’s commitment to young children and early learning. The Fall Festival features a Touch-A-Truck area, community resource fair, food trucks, family activities and free admission to Kidspace. For children ages 0-5 and their caregivers.
The week-long celebration continues through Sept. 26 with programming at each of the Early Learning Hub Sites, Altadena Public Library, Families Forward Learning Center, Jefferson Branch Library, Kidspace Children’s Museum, La Pintoresca Branch Library, Pacific Clinics Peoria Street, Pasadena Public Health Department and Villa Parke Branch Library. Westchester Arts & Music Block Party

The annual, free, day-long community event benefiting local non-profit organizations, features live music and dance, art, vendors & community booths, kids activities, garden tours, food trucks, plus a beer and wine garden.

Water Lantern Festival

Water Lantern Festival is a community event that encourages people of all ages and backgrounds to come together for a night of love and laughter.

28th Annual Fall Harvest Festival

Underwood Family Farms’ Fall Harvest Festival returns with its famous giant Pumpkin Patch, games, rides, photos ops, live entertainment, themed weekends, bands and more, across their 50 acre farm. Weekends include performances, bands, demonstrations & entertainment. Pick Your Own fruit, vegetables and flowers or hop on a tractor-pulled wagon ride around the farm. The farm’s Animal Center will also be open daily for visits with their animals. More info.
Autry Museum of the American West Annual Block Party

The Autry Museum’s annual Block Party features carnival games, live music, bounce house, mechanical bull, horse photo op and grooming workshops with Urban Saddles, meet and honor local emergency responder heroes, docent-led tours, family play space, food trucks, market vendors and more.
New this year is The Autry Backlot, where you can escape the heat and enjoy drinks, quick food, live music, and interact with emergency response vehicles. Show your appreciation for your local heroes on our “Thank You” banner. More info.
TASC’s Fall Festival on the Farm

Mark your calendar for a full afternoon of family-friendly fun at a beautiful ranch in Canyon Country! This one-of-a-kind festival brings together live music performances by clients, the TASC ASL Choir and special guests Ivy Dream, Meg Nash, and The OC3 – alongside carnival games, rides, a petting zoo, and a silent auction featuring unique items and experiences.
Guests can enjoy seasonal bites, festival treats, and specialty drinks while relaxing in the scenic setting of the ranch. With activities and entertainment for all ages, the Fall Festival is the perfect way to spend a Saturday with friends and family.

Reyes Adobe Days Festival

The fall festival kicks off on Oct. 3 with Night at the Adobe, followed by a weekend of live music, food trucks, Western-themed children’s activities, petting zoo, pony rides, local artisans, tours of the original Reyes Adobe, plus a beer and wine garden.
Join the parade on Sat., Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Reyes Adobe Road and Lake Lindero Drive. On Sun., Oct. 5, join the RAD Run – Reyes Adobe Days 5K at 8 a.m. or RAD Ride 40k or 40 mile bike ride at 9 a.m. or 4 mile family ride at 10 a.m., in addition to the music, food and other festivities. Carved: A Glowing Autumn Adventure

Families can celebrate this spooky season by exploring a trail filled with illuminated Jack-O’-Lanterns, massive hand-carved gourds, and vibrant light displays. They can enjoy stories on the Pumpkin Trail and treats at Harvest Acres. There will also be new seasonal lighting at the Descanso Railroad, 5 towering wood spirits carved by chainsaw Jenna, ghostly characters, and a Rhizome light sculpture. More info.

Calabasas Pumpkin Festival

The city of Calabasas got its name from the Spanish word for pumpkin, calabaza. So, it’s only fitting that they would have a Calabasas Pumpkin Festival. The annual community event returns to Juan Bautista de Anza Park on Oct. 19 with a marketplace, inflatable rides, bug and reptile shows, live music and, of course, a pumpkin patch. More info.

El Marino Fall Festival

This beloved Culver City tradition brings together more than 1,500 families, friends and neighbors. Enjoy live performances, international food, games, a bounce house, a dunk tank and so much more. This is the school’s largest fundraiser of the year, every ticket, treat, and game supports field trips, cultural programs, and classroom resources for El Marino students. Hi! Autumn Festival

Hi Autumn Festival, co-hosted by Temple City and World Journal LA, combines the traditional Mid-Autumn festival with entertainment and gourmet foods, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. The festival features live entertainment including martial arts and dance shows, a lantern painting area for kids and adults, Saturday night outdoor movie showing of DreamWorks Animation’s “Abonimable” (2019) and free mooncakes. The City of Irvine, in partnership with South Coast Chinese Cultural Center, will gather the community for the fifth annual Mid-Autumn Festival at the Great Park Friday, September 26, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Explore unique cultural displays and discover valuable resources provided by local community organizations. Mid-Autumn Nature Walk

Residents of Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, La Habra Heights and beyond are welcome to participate in this family hike. Percipients are welcome to free mooncakes while supplies last. All are welcome to join!

Oktoberfest at Magic Mountain

La Mesa Oktoberfest

The 51st annual La Mesa Oktoberfet is three days of vibrant live music, authentic German cuisine, and a plethora of German and craft beers. Three biergartens will have non-stop performances, indulge in traditional German fare from the food court and join the fun and Glücklich Games, a series of spirited competitions, including Beer Stein Holding, Brat Toss, Pretzel Eating, Musical Chairs and Chicken Races.
An Artisan Market features over 100 boutique vendors offering hand-made items and unique goods. The German Kinder Karneval offers a plethora of children’s activities, including the crowd favorite Ferris Wheel with sights of La Mesa! Be sure not to miss the rock-climbing wall, inflatable slides, interactive art, brat-eating competitions, scavenger hunts, and much more. Dogtoberfest
