Join the men, women and youths that are coming together to walk a mile on the sidewalks of Second Street in red high heels – or at least red shoes – in honor of Heart Health Month. The mission is to bring awareness about the importance of heart health as well as raising funds for schools, places of worship, nonprofits, clubs and organizations in the Long Beach area. Registration requested, although it can be done on site at 11:30 p.m. While registration is free, donations are welcome.
