The exhibited works are selected through a blind-submission process open to all, and shown alongside selected guest artists. This year’s guest artists include Jay Lynn Gomez, Phung Huynh, Narsiso Martinez, and Calida Rawles. An online interactive map shows billboard locations and artist information.
