Torrance is one of a few cities nationwide that is sanctioned by the Department of Defense to honor our Armed Forces through an annual Armed Forces Celebration. Along with the parade, other events include a free concert, a military exhibit, and a 5K Run. The military exhibit will include aircraft, vehicles, and support equipment on display. Dates, times and location to be announced soon. Two free concerts are typically held at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on the Friday of celebration weekend at the James Armstrong Theatre.
