Beyond discovering the cultural and historical legacy of chocolate, you’ll visit the Arboretum’s tropic greenhouse to see a cacao tree growing in its natural habitat, and then head back to the classroom where you will touch, grind, and mix ingredients together to make your very own chocolate concoctions while sipping on Aztec hot chocolate!
