This seminar from Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development, conducted on Zoom, will tackle the topic in depth and offer parents a chance to ask questions of their own. Moderated by Dr. Gail Dines, author and founder/president of Culture Reframed, a nonprofit devoted to building resilience to hypersexualized media and porn, the seminar will feature a panel of the world’s leading experts discussing the current research on pornography’s effects on adolescent development, providing evidence-based, practical suggestions for parents, educators and health providers, and demonstrating useful techniques for making the most of that awkward “porn conversation” with your kids. Please note, content discussed in this workshop is not suitable for anyone under 18. RSVP here.
