Use photos, images from magazines, fabrics, and other materials to create a collaged artwork that represents a landscape that is special to you in Bon Vivant’s virtual art class with artist Billie Rae Vinson. Be inspired by artist Camille Zakharia’s work in LACMA’s collection and learn how he has used collage to explore identity and place.
A Zoom link and art materials list will be sent to you prior to class. Students are responsible for providing their own art materials based on recommendations provided by the teaching artist.
Billie Rae Vinson is a painter, teaching artist, and educator who lives and works in Los Angeles.
