Parents of children with Epilepsy are invited to this free program to gain support and share information in an understanding setting. The gathering begins at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month. The Support Group, facilitated by clinical psychologist Don Goodman starts at 7:09 p.m. The evening includes peer-led chat, light beverages, epilepsy information or on occasion, a seminar led by a special guest speaker. Dates are April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, Aug 13, Sept 10, Oct 8, Nov. 12, and Dec 10. Online registration is recommended at VenturaEpilepsyEvents.org/.
