Debbie Allen Dance Academy presents this 6-week program led by artist Mira Gandy for youth ages 12-17 who identify as LGBTQ+ to explore creativity, individuality and build community. Each week features a different theme and includes journaling, music and painting as a means to drive artistic expression and manage social stress through art-making. The series is free, but registration is required. Sundays Oct. 1-Nov. 12 (no class on Oct. 22).
