The City of Laguna Beach’s popular concert series comes to the Festival of Arts for 2021. This program is a collaboration of the Festival of Arts and City of Laguna Beach and funded by the Festival of Arts, lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach. Laguna Beach residents receive free Festival admission. July 18 features Reggae, Carribean, Soca band Upstream. Other performers include:
