11 a.m.-6 p.m. Wed.-Sun. Oct. 13–Jan 21. National Geographic Fellow and photographer Joel Sartore’s life mission is to photograph every species living in the world’s zoos and wildlife sanctuaries. On his multi-year project, he has visited over 40 countries, creating an archive of global diversity that includes portraits of more than 8,000 species (and it continues to grow). For this exhibit, the Annenberg Space for Photography will be spotlighting nearly 100 captivating, large-format prints of the world’s animals presents a remarkably closeup view of endangered wildlife, and inspiring people to act to save these species from extinction.
