Kiss 2020 goodbye and ring in the New Year at Balboa Bay Resort! For $250 per person, guests will enjoy dinner, dancing, live musical performances and a champagne toast. The decadent three-course meal will feature elegant choices such as Butter Poached Lobster, Coriander Crusted Quail, 42-Hour Bone-In Short Rib, and Blackberry Vanilla Panna Cotta. Dinner service will begin at 7:30p.m. in the Balboa Bay Resort ballroom, with music and dancing into the night. To ensure the health and safety of all guests, capacity will be limited to 100 people and strict social distancing will be enforced.
