7 p.m. Dec. 30, 6 p.m. Dec. 31. This year, the Santa Monica Playhouse offers two chances to ring in the New Year. They will be throwing their annual New Year’s Eve party on both Dec. 30 and 31. The family-friendly event will have a beautiful buffet dinner, a light-hearted musical production, and an end-of-the-year toast complete with noisemakers, streamers, tiaras and sparkling apple juice.
