Join Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. and Fit Girl Club LA for this free weekly workout series. Classes vary each week, including yoga, kickboxing, barre, and cardio hip hop. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, towel and water. Classes are free but advance registration is required. Self-Care Saturdays offers two workout sessions, 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. through Sept. 25.
