Before the eight nights of Hanukkah start, spend a day at the Skirball and get an early start celebrating the Jewish festival of light. Musical performances by the group Klezmer Juice and the fiddler/accordionist duo Zingarella will get you in the holiday spirit as will a special Hanukkah sing-along. Noah’s Ark storytellers recount the age-old tale of Hanukkah in both English and Spanish and Dana Maman and Friends will put on a dazzling capoeira performance. Families can even bring home a little bit of the festival by creating a one-of-a-kind art project or making a delicious treat with Maite Gomez-Rejón (ArtBites). Advanced tickets are recommended.
