Join Chef John Pitblado of the Gourmandise School for this class for ages 12-17, where participants will learn how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch along with a rich pesto sauce and delicious olive oil cake. Once registered for class, you’ll receive a class outline that includes the ingredients, equipment and other things needed to prepare for class including recipes and any relevant instructions for preparation.
