This 90-120-minute theatrical journey unties art, light, disco, dance, live performance, roller skating and good times within the beautiful surroundings of the South Coast Botanic Garden. The experience begins with a walk through the garden’s natural paradise before being transported into The DiscOasis through the voice of The Groovemaster, the disco and funk legend Nile Rodgers. A custom-designed roller rink at the center of the experience allows guests to skate to the sounds of live DJs and special musical guests. DiscOasis is suitable for all ages, but children are encouraged to attend in the early-evening hours. Children must be ages 3 and up to roller skate. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Skates will be available for every guest during their designated skate time, which is included in the ticket price, or you can bring your own skates. You do not need to skate to enjoy this experience.
The DiscOasis runs July 16 – Sept. 6 (Tuesday – Sunday, July 16 – Aug. 7; Tuesday- Saturday, Aug. 10 – 28; Tuesday – Sunday, Aug. 29 – Sept. 5; Monday, Sept. 6).
