The 14th Annual Ventura Art & Street Painting Festival returns to Ventura Harbor Village to give visitors an opportunity to enjoy art, street painting and the beauty of the Ventura County coast. The festival will feature live painting, vendor art booths, and a Children’s Chalk Area. For $10 kids get a small box of chalk and a sidewalk square where they can create their own colorful work of art.
