The Gourmandise School will be doing a virtual bread camp with co-owner and head pastry chef, Clémence Gossett. Each day, the videos will be posted to the @gourmandisela IGTV at 3 p.m. PST. A teaser will be put up on their Instagram story every morning to tell people what to expect that day, and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Chef Clémence will be going live answering questions that have been submitted through Instagram about all things bread. This fourth class covers how to make brioche. It is also the final day to submit questions for Clémence to answer tomorrow at 11 a.m.
