The Gourmandise School will be doing a virtual bread camp with co-owner and head pastry chef, Clémence Gossett. Each day, the videos will be posted to the @gourmandisela IGTV at 3 p.m. PST. A teaser will be put up on their Instagram story every morning to tell people what to expect that day. This fifth class covers how to make challah and how to make levain for sourdough.
