The Gourmandise School will be doing a virtual bread camp with co-owner and head pastry chef, Clémence Gossett. Each day, the videos will be posted to the @gourmandisela IGTV at 3 p.m. PST. A teaser will be put up on their Instagram story every morning to tell people what to expect that day. In this sixth class you’ll learn the principles of sourdough making and start your sourdough.
