The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health hosts this month-long initiative to encourage wellbeing and healing through art, connection, community engagement and creative expression. We Rise 2021 includes Art Rise, a series of outdoor art installations located in Downtown L.A., Koreatown, Mid-Wilshire, Leimert Park, and South Central; Community Pop-Ups, hyperlocal activities across L.A. neighborhoods; and a Digital Experience, offering original virtual programs like yoga, poetry workshops, and dance.
