Treasure Trackers follows California surfer Leah (Charity Rose) who must relocate to the small town of Carterville, where she bands together fellow misfits Marshy (Sean Jay) and Tessa (Amelia Salazar) to track down the town’s mythic treasure. When the trio uncovers the truth behind the treasure’s Halloween curse, they must outsmart the high school troublemakers before an evil spirit is accidentally released.

As the feature film debut from directors Nate & Drew Garcia, they sought out to recapture the magic of an era where movies were aspirational, heartfelt, and tinged with a bit of whims. Treasure Trackers formed from a blend of creative vision, ambition, and the timeless elements that the producers felt would make for a compelling movie: a thrilling treasure hunt, a Halloween curse, a trio of misfit middle schoolers who beat the odds with wits and ingenuity, and a young hero who discovers that the real treasure lies in the friendships forged along the way.

For its anniversary production – aptly titled 50 Years – MUMMENSCHANZ will be taking audiences on a journey filled with imagination and poetry, putting on the most beloved sketches from the foundation’s repertoire over the past five decades. To mark the anniversary, co-founder Floriana Frassetto has devised a production that will take the public on a 50-year journey through the fascinating world of MUMMENSCHANZ. It will take a look back at the most popular, most successful productions of years gone by, featuring legendary characters such as the Clay Masks and the Toilet Paper Faces. The show will also see appearances by the delicate, air-filled Giants, the Pipe Creature and plenty of other bizarre objects and shapes brought to life by the troupe. The production will also include sketches featuring surprising new forms and characters that capture the signature MUMMENSCHANZ spirit. This fantastic journey through the world of MUMMENSCHANZ is lively, humorous, full of affection and brimming with imagination.

Sony Pictures presents the live-action, CGI musical comedy “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile,” starring Javier Bardem, Constance Wu and Shawn Mendes. Based on the best-selling book series by Bernard Waber, “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile” follows the Primm family to New York City where their lives change when their young son Josh discovers Lyle, a singing crocodile who loves baths and music. The film will feature original songs performed by the stars, written by the team behind “The Greatest Showman.” Now in theaters.

Abominable and The Invisible City

DreamWorks Animation presents “Abominable and The Invisible City,” a new comedy adventure series based on the 2019 movie “Abominable.” The series follows the yeti, Yi, Jin and Peng through a magical world filled with magical creatures in need of their help. Together, the kids set out on extraordinary adventures through their city and beyond. Season 1 is now streaming on Peacock and Hulu.

MAIKA: THE GIRL FROM ANOTHER GALAXY

Well Go USA Entertainment presents “MAIKA: THE GIRL FROM ANOTHER GALAXY,” which premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival in the Kids section. The Vietnamese sci-fi feature follows a grieving 8-year old boy as he befriends a mysterious alien girl named Maika. For the parents looking for a night-in, Lionsgate’s “Mack & Rita” starring Diane Keaton is the perfect comic relief. About a 30-year old homebody whose inner 70-year old is released, literally, during a bachelorette trip in Palm Springs, “Mack & Rita” celebrates being true to yourself at any age.
