Looking for a Sedona hotel? Enchantment Resort, a 218-room resort nestled amidst red rocks of Boynton Canyon, announces the completion of its new 9,300 square-foot pool deck featuring custom cabanas and an all-new poolside restaurant, The Edge. Just in time for summer, the redesigned experience beckons travelers to bask in a serene sanctuary complete with 360-degree views
“At Enchantment Resort, we take pride in curating well-rounded amenities in a one-of-a-kind setting,” said Managing Director Stan Kantowski. “With the introduction of a new pool space and culinary outpost, we continue our commitment to crafting an unforgettable guest experience.
Designed by Frank Trujillo with Design One Studio, the resort’s new pool features a reimagined signature aesthetic as well as a dedicated pool host and comfortable seating for up to 60 guests. The space features three cabanas with natural wood finishes, ample seating with plush couches, personal safes to hold guests’ belongings, coolers, built-in fans and overhead lighting. Slider doors are placed on the side walls to allow larger groups to combine cabanas for an expanded space, with rentals available for half and full-day reservations.
The Edge is the newest concept to join Enchantment Resort’s culinary collection. The $3 million addition features an all-new kitchen, bar and dining area. Menu highlights include summer classics with a twist such as a shrimp and crab poke bowl with quinoa, cucumber, radish, avocado, sesame and tamari glaze. Signature cocktails include the Pink Cadillac crafted with Don Julio reposado, lime, prickly pear and Grand Marnier float and the Pineapple Spice with habanero tequila, Banhez mezcal and pineapple. Located outside The Edge, the pool’s new firepit lounge provides additional space for guests to unwind and enjoy a cocktail fireside.
“The Edge takes our food and beverage programming to the next level with an extensive list of refreshing bites and sips utilizing local ingredients and flavors from the greater Arizona region,” said Nathan Rich, culinary director of Tanzerra Resorts. “From the kids’ menu for our smallest travelers, to an inspired cocktail or seasonally-themed dessert, guests have the opportunity to dine by the pool or in the comfort of one of our new cabanas.
