Soon-to-be moms and dads gathered at the Skirball Cultural Center last month for a baby extravaganza: Big City Moms’ annual Biggest Baby Shower Ever. Hundreds of expectant parents came to see, test and learn about the latest baby gadgets, gear and accessories. More than 100 companies were exhibiting. The event also included seminars exploring a variety of parenting topics, from healthy eating to sleep safety. Pregnant moms were also treated to complimentary mini-manicures, hair styling and massages.
Here are a few of our favorite products exhibited at the event.

We’re used to seeing hip bags for Mom, but Diaper Dude’s collection of diaper bags for Dad ($59.99 – $109.99, www.diaperdude.com) includes a new canvas tote and a MLB collection of messenger bags featuring the L.A. Dodgers. For a limited time, use code BCMDD2015 for 25 percent off. Expires 6/30/2015.
