Find Free Accessible Rose Parade Viewing

The City of Pasadena and Tournament of Roses coordinate three accessible street-level viewing areas, one of which offers audio description and ASL interpretation. The areas allow convenient drop-off the morning of the parade and are served by accessible restrooms. Registration is open and the reserved spaces are available free of charge for people with disabilities and up to four guests, but the new online system means space is filling fast.     Our Village

    Art, music, food and fun to benefit programs for kids with autism. Noon-3 p.m. Nov. 5, Redondo Beach Teen Center. $25 adults, accompanying child free.

    Diet Potluck

    Explore dietary intervention, taste new foods, trade recipes and bring a dish to share. 4 p.m. Nov. 6, Burbank First United Methodist Church. Free.

    Fall Games

  • Knott’s Berry Farm Deaf Awareness Day

    Includes sign language interpreters at some attractions and shows, an all-you-can-eat VIP buffet and character visit. 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Nov. 12. $40-$60.

    Game Show

    This event for ages 13-17 on the autism spectrum promotes peer interaction, fun and friendships. Nov. 13, The Help Group West, call for time. $25.

    Mozart Festival

    Classical music chosen for children with special needs, performed by the FluteSonic Orchestra. 3-4 p.m. Nov. 13, Rolling Hills Prep, San Pedro. Free.
