28th Annual Fall Harvest Festival

Underwood Family Farms’ Fall Harvest Festival returns with its famous giant Pumpkin Patch, games, rides, photos ops, live entertainment, themed weekends, bands and more, across their 50 acre farm. Weekends include performances, bands, demonstrations & entertainment. Pick Your Own fruit, vegetables and flowers or hop on a tractor-pulled wagon ride around the farm. Gramercy Block Club Presents: Fall Block Party

Gramercy Book Club celebrates winning the city-wide challenge to put in the most 311 tickets with a community block party, featuring food, fun and neighborhood pride. The all-ages event will have local food trucks and vendors, a pumpkin patch, handmade goods and crafts from local artisans, DJ, tree giveaways, educational booths, LAFD Firetruck tours for kids, bingo games, bouncy house, scavenger hunt, raffle and prizes and more. Event highlights include a corn maze adventure where you wind through twists and turns to hunt down the hidden CORNundrums and enter to win $100, pumpkin patch, tractor-pulled train ride around the farm and through the sunflower and farm market.

Cal Poly Pomona’s annual fall festival returns Saturdays and Sundays, Oct. 4 to Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Included with admission is the Kids Corn Maze, Sunflowers, Pumpkin Hill (pumpkins not included), Demonstrators & Community Partners, Garden Patch (photo op), Petting Farm, Hay Wagon Ride, Large Corn Maze, Cow Train, Photos Props and Entertainment.
Additional activities include petting farm ($3 per feed cup), artisans, food vendors, pumpkins, College of Agriculture Club Booths and some Demonstrators and Goods. More info.

Calabasas Pumpkin Festival

The city of Calabasas got its name from the Spanish word for pumpkin, calabaza. So, it’s only fitting that they would have a Calabasas Pumpkin Festival. The annual community event returns to Juan Bautista de Anza Park on Oct. 19 with a marketplace, inflatable rides, bug and reptile shows, live music and, of course, a pumpkin patch. More info.
