Almost Famous
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces Empress 1908 Gin
½ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
½ freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ simple syrup
2 to 3 ounces chilled Champagne (enough to top the glass)
1 lemon twist, to garnish
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, St. Germain, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Slowly fill with Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
