Girls enrolled in the program will be assigned a creative-writing mentor to help them write a meaningful story that will be published on LAParent.com, and along the way will learn values and success habits that will build self-confidence and leadership, according to Recruiting for Good Founder Carlos Cymerman.

Cymerman has more than 15 years of mentoring experience and 25 years’ experience in the staffing industry. Before entering the staffing industry, he worked as a Spanish teacher in a pre-school and worked in elementary/middle schools as an ESL teacher.
