We are loving all the good news of museums, theme parks, camps and events coming back. Mammoth Mountain joins the rapidly growing list of re-openings with their summer activities kick-off Friday, May 28.
Mammoth Mountain welcomes back visitors with a number of improvements, including updates to their mountain biking offerings to welcome beginner cyclists. Other additions include new paddle board rentals at Tamarack Lodge, new food and beverage options at Main Lodge, and STACYC Kids Pump Track at Adventure Center, a kids-only pump track.
Starting May 28, Mountain Bike Park will be open to ride with Bike Park Shuttle service running between The Village and Main Lodge. The Mountain Bike Park offers trails for all levels, including the beginner-friendly Discovery Zone. Adventure Center will open for family fun with their ropes course, junior zip-line, and rock-climbing wall. The scenic 18-hole Sierra Star Golf Course will also open to the public May 28.
Around town there are a number of new additions and improvements as well. Mammoth Lakes’ newest wine bar Bevi Bene Wine Bar offers sandwiches and snacks in addition to affordable wines of Italy. The Town of Mammoth Lakes launches their “Community Host” program to provide visitors with the most up-to-date information about town activities. Hosts will be identifiable by their green vests and stationed at visitors spaces like the town trolleys and shopping areas.
