Kids Club
Wed., Dec. 1, 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
On the first Wednesday of December, bring the kids and a picnic blanket and head over to the grass at Collection Park for a fun-filled morning of story time, crafts and fun surprises presented by Sunny Smiles Dentistry for Children and Young Adults.
Tree Lighting Celebration
Wed., Nov. 17, 7-8 p.m.
Kick off the season with an awe-inspiring Tree Lighting Celebration on Nov. 17 at Collection Park. This magical evening will showcase holiday entertainment provided by Music Freqs, including a special performance of the Nutcracker from Ventura County Ballet Company, an extravagant tree lighting and a spectacular fireworks show.
Letters to Santa
Wed., Nov. 17 to Mon., Dec. 20
The elves at The Collection are ready to help make sure every holiday wish list makes it to the North Pole. Families are welcome to bring their own custom cards or write their special message on a complimentary postcard available at guest services and drop off letters to Santa in the special North Pole mailbox located on Collection Boulevard. The Collection will help deliver letters written to Santa to ensure they are mailed and received at the North Pole where Santa and Mrs. Claus will reply to every letter that has a return address and is placed in the mailbox by Dec. 20.
Holiday Pop Ups
The Collection has welcomed two new boutiques on Town Center Drive for the community to shop this holiday season. Penelope Boutique sells modern and wholesome outfits for women, specifically focusing on active/athleisure wear. Their mission is to provide confidence through their clothing with the hope that you feel empowered and ready to conquer the world. Ikat & Pearls Boutiques is a lifestyle store specializing in curated items for your home, gifts for others and hand-selected wardrobe pieces. Founded by award-winning stylist Deborah Yahner, each item reflects a California sensibility that is undeniable. Gift wrapping and complimentary fittings are just the beginning of your artisanal, boutique encounter.

Photos With Santa
Beginning Sat., Nov. 20
Santa has marked his calendar to visit The Collection at RiverPark from the North Pole and will once again be available to meet with families to create special memories with keepsake photos that last for years to come. The holiday season isn’t complete without a picture with old St. Nick, so be sure to visit Santa’s Workshop located at 620 Collection Blvd. beginning Sat., Nov. 20 at 12 p.m. Reservations are required for your Santa Experience and can be made online here.
Santa Paws Pet Photo Nights
Tuesdays, Nov. 23 and 30, Dec. 7, 14, 21, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Starting on Nov. 23, furry friends are invited to join in the fun every Tuesday evening at Santa Paws Pet Nights, sponsored by Pet Food Express. Our four-legged friends are part of the family and are also welcome to meet Santa himself with a reservation for a special photo.
Gingerbread Scavenger Hunt
Nov. 20- Dec. 20
Add some extra fun to your visit with a seasonal scavenger hunt that will have you exploring every exciting nook and cranny of The Collection. Stop by guest services on Park View Court to pick up your Gingerbread Scavenger Hunt and begin the adventure! Once guests have completed the scavenger hunt and found all of the hidden gingerbread, they are invited back to Guest Services to enter to win a fun holiday surprise.

Stuff a Bus
Fri., Dec. 3, 4 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
On Dec. 3 from 4 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., join The Collection, Ventura County Fire Department and ABC7 in bringing festive joy to our community. Donate a toy — or two or three — to help fill a bus with gifts for local children in need. The bus will be parked on Park View Court with festivities happening all day.
Hello Kitty Café Truck
Sat., Dec. 4, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
The Hello Kitty Café Truck will be at The Collection near Jump ‘n Jammin on Collection Boulevard. Go say hello and pick up some super cute treats and merch, while supplies last!
A Very Merry Holiday Bash Makers Market
Sun., Dec. 5, 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
Calling all fans of handmade arts, crafts and seasonal décor! The Collection will host a Holiday Makers Market in partnership with Creative Communal. Stop by Park View Court on Sun., Dec. 5, from noon to 6 p.m. to join The Collection for a day of fun supporting local makers this holiday season.
Throughout the season, shopping center visitors will also have numerous opportunities to enjoy live music and strolling carolers. The Collection will be sharing holiday gift ideas on social media as well.
In addition to these events and experiences, The Collection will continue hosting its Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Collection Boulevard across from The Annex Food Hall. Presented by Community Memorial Health System, the Farmers Market offers healthy vendors the whole family will love, including local growers Sow a Heart Organic Farms, Rainbow Farms and The Ranch Malibu. The community can also find gourmet tamales from Me Gusta, unique Filipino dessert cookies from Cravings by Peaches and more.
